Account details (name, email, DOB), KYC documents, device and log data, and on-platform activity necessary to operate the exchange, prevent fraud, and comply with financial regulations.
How we use it
To provide our services, comply with AML/KYC laws, detect fraud, communicate with you, and improve the platform. We never sell your personal data.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is limited by role, logged, and reviewed. We hold SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications.
Your rights
Under GDPR and similar laws, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data. Email privacy@cryptosmart.group to exercise these rights.
