1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing Crypto Smart Exchange ("Crypto Smart", "we", "us") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. Residents of restricted regions may not open an account.
3. Accounts & KYC
We are a regulated financial services provider and are required to verify your identity. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds under applicable law.
4. Trading risk
Digital-asset prices are volatile. Losses may exceed your initial deposit on margin products. Trade responsibly and never invest more than you can afford to lose.
5. Fees
Fees are published on the Fees page and may change with 30 days' notice. Network withdrawal fees pass on the actual on-chain cost.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crypto Smart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin.
